As a leader you need a few stories ready to tell. So start collecting, on this website you already can find a few! People love stories and you can engage people much more with telling a good story than just pushing information. Movies or series help too.
We loved WestWing, it’s full of great stories. Here’s a short scene and for those who don’t know the serie: Leo is Josh’s boss, Josh is in a down-period of his life.
